We’re excited to announce our new name – GREENWICH CROSSING – and the redevelopment of the Greenwich Train Station and surrounding retail.

Known as the north side of Greenwich Plaza since 1970, this property, along with the property to the south of the train tracks, has evolved into one of the premier office and retail complexes in the northeast corridor. Redeveloping the north side of the Greenwich Plaza complex has been contemplated for many years and that planning has resulted in a design that will modernize the Greenwich Train Station, revitalize the dining and shopping experience along Railroad Avenue, and foster a more cohesive sense of community. The project will strengthen the connection between upper and lower Downtown and reinforce one of the region’s premier pedestrian shopping streets. We believe this project addresses certain goals and objectives outlined in Greenwich’s 2019 Plan of Conservation and Development relative to its Downtown and represents a positive change that will benefit the downtown area and the entire Greenwich community.
